Often, prospective clients are worried about price. That is, the cost to implement an estate plan. Our approach to planning is NOT boilerplate. We take great pride in our work product. At the same time, it has to be affordable.
The graphic below shows our pricing for each level. A Power of Attorney is not expensive. You would invest a mere $250.00 for a Power of Attorney. We might recommend a Health Care Power of Attorney and Financial Power of Attorney. We also strongly believe that everyone should have an Advanced Directive. Should you chose to “Do it Yourself”, you may watch video tutorials and order these documents on your own here: LivingCareLearning.com
It is important to meet with an attorney from our office to understand better why the “fees” you pay an attorney are really an “investment.” You should never pay an attorney anything unless he or she can save you more or make you more than you pay to hire the lawyer. Make sense?
Without basic levels of planning, it is often true that much or even your entire estate is at risk.
We have published our fee schedule below because we believe it to be reasonable and you should meet with an attorney without wondering about it.
